Ibis Ouarzazate Centre

Typical Ibis hotel with larger room and nicer bathroom than you normally encounter in Europe. Although a little worn it is perfectly acceptable and very clean with parking right in front. We particularly enjoyed the shower which was functional and has plenty of hot water and a hairdryer. Maybe the best part is that it is much quieter than any other of the numerous hotels we have stayed in in Morocco. There is much less noise from the corridor and other rooms which is the most unbearable part of hotels here. Kasbah within 5 minutes walk and a couple of restaurants/ cafes where you can have very good breakfasts and other meals/ drinks at very reasonable prices.

This was my first stay and I have given more details in the review of our second stay the same week during our trip from Agadir to Merzouga. Great value for money, nice pool, confortable, private parking, bar, clean and very well located.

Hotel was excellently located and was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool. We had a nice breakfast and lunch at the hotel. Mohammed (one of the waiters) was absolutely fantastic and definitely deserves a special mention for his hard work professionalism.

OK hotel like other Ibis but with moroccan flair. The rooms are standard but have a mall fridge. I got a room with a balcony, nice. A/C works well, bed sleeps good, no outlet near the bed but close by. Small desk and chair. Warm shower with soaps. Pool is nice, pool staff is friendly. Wifi works ok on the 2nd floor. Not great. Breakfast was ok but many items are not refilled as often as I would like. Walking distance to the center with many good restaurants.

The pool and the outside area were amazing. It was great that we could easily find a restaurant by the hotel, therefore we were able to go out even in the heat. We liked that it wasn’t too busy and staff were not pushy and over the top.
